Before you ask

Is this a subscription or a perpetual licence?: A subscription, and you choose how you pay for it: monthly, or annually for the price of ten months. Either way it renews until you stop it — there is no perpetual or one-off purchase.
Can I try it before I buy?: Yes — 30 days with every tool unlocked and no credit card. It is one button inside Revit: open the Elemento tab, then Help and Activate Licence, and ask for a trial. You are licensed in seconds, with no email round-trip and no sales call.
What is the difference between Standalone and Multi-Seat?: Standalone is one seat on one machine. Multi-Seat is several of that same seat, each locked to its own machine, priced down per seat and billed on one invoice with one renewal date. It is not a floating or concurrent licence — each seat belongs to a particular computer.
What happens when I get a new laptop?: Release the seat inside Revit on the old machine, then activate the same code on the new one. You can do that three times in a rolling year without asking us, and it takes effect without restarting Revit.
Does it need an internet connection to work?: Only occasionally. Elemento keeps working for seven days without reaching us, so a week on site with no signal changes nothing. It checks in again when you are next connected.
What happens to my models if I stop subscribing?: The tools stop, but your models do not change. Elemento generates native Revit reinforcement, so every bar it has placed stays in the project and remains editable with Revit’s own tools.
